You can use Note-taking for acquiring knowledge, Staying connected with your goals, and planning your activities ahead.
Taking note is a good practice and give help you to focus on your goals whether it’s education or work. You can take notes physically in hand or use an app. I would recommend you should use both.
Writing in hand makes you focused and you can write journals or notes.
